Abstract/Summary
SABIC implemented, in collaboration with Inprocess, an Aspen HYSYS®-based Operator Training Simulator (OTS) that replicates the plant control environment, allowing operators to safely train for disturbances, upsets, start-ups, and other critical operating scenarios. The solution enhances operator readiness, facilitates knowledge transfer, and supports continuous skills development through realistic, hands-on training.
