Inprocess funds yearly Arrels Fundació, an organization that has been working since 1987 to support homeless people on their path to autonomy. We are well aware of their commitment and the deep social impact of their work, which ranges from providing access to decent housing to offering emotional support and social reintegration. Their mission inspires us and aligns closely with our core values: dignity, empathy, and responsible action. For us, collaborating with Arrels is not just an act of solidarity — it’s a meaningful way to contribute to a fairer and more inclusive society.

At Inprocess, we are convinced that social commitment starts from within. That’s why we promote initiatives that allow our team to get directly involved in meaningful causes.
We believe that CSR starts from within. That’s why we want this commitment to translate into real opportunities for our team to actively take part in social projects. We have set up a corporate volunteering program that allows our employees to work directly with organizations such as Arrels Fundació, from providing support and companionship to participating in solidarity campaigns and awareness initiatives.

Banc del Aliments de Barcelona
Giving what we have, where it’s most needed. An ongoing collaboration that reflects our commitment to solidarity
and social responsibility.
Every year, Inprocess takes part in the food collection campaigns organized by the Banc dels Aliments de Barcelona. In the most recent edition, our team managed to collect and donate 200 kg of food —an effort that earned us special recognition from the foundation and, more importantly, reaffirmed the strength of this long-standing partnership. For the people at Inprocess, these actions go far beyond numbers: they embody shared values, empathy, and the will to create real impact in our community.
