Inprocess Signs Strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Wison New Energies

Barcelona, December 2025 — Inprocess is pleased to announce the signature of a Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wison New Energies during the Wison Technology Seminar held in Shanghai from 2–4 December 2025. This agreement formalizes an expanded collaboration aimed at strengthening digitalization, engineering assurance, and lifecycle performance across Wison’s global project portfolio.

Under the terms of the MoU, Inprocess and Wison will work jointly on advanced dynamic simulation, Operator Training Simulator (OTS) solutions, commissioning readiness, and digital twin technologies. The partnership will support the standardization of FPSO and FLNG designs, enabling enhanced execution certainty and contributing to emissions-reduction objectives for offshore assets.
