Development of two new Operator Training Simulators, as well as the upgrading and modernization of two existing simulators that have become obsolete.
Inprocess developed a completely new direct-connect OTS for the ‘Old Topping Complex (CDU + Naphtha Stabilizer)’. It also built a new direct-connect OTS for their Reformer Unit. As part of the same project, Inprocess was responsible for the updating and upgrading of two existing simulation systems for the FCC and Mild Hydrocracker complexes in order to reflect current real plant conditions. Our client also incorporated Inprocess’s training product, ITOP, with the idea of training their plant operators on generic aspects of the behaviour of unit operations.
