Inprocess’ Software Developers have extensive experience in building customised Property Packages and custom Unit Operations for the major commercial Process Simulators (HYSYS, Aspen+, ACM, UniSim) using proprietary Process Simulator interfaces as well as open standards such as CAPE-OPEN, both in Steady State and Dynamics.
These range from the creation of extensions that facilitate input of equipment manufacturer information (e.g. Gas Turbine extension where manufacturer curves can be directly input for interpolation) to extensions that incorporate additional know-how to the Process Simulator flowsheet (e.g. integration of a customer Reformer Reactor calculation routine), including Dynamic Controller extensions (e.g. compressor anti-surge controllers) or Microsoft Excel report generators that generate an Excel file at the end of a Simulation run. |
