| Modelling Services |
Inprocess’ process simulation experts are available to support a variety of dynamic and steady state simulation projects. Inprocess also can act as an external independent consultant to advise on complex simulation issues, while the main process simulation work is done by the client.
If you are interested not only in the process simulation project’s results, but you would also like to engage in a simulation knowledge transfer, we can combine our project services with customised training that ensures exactly that: The know-how that we used when carrying out the project is shared with your engineers to ensure they will get the most value out of the developed model (see also Knowledge Improvement Programme). |

| Online Modelling |
Process simulation models can be updated with online operational plant data and can then be used to support operational decisions. Examples for successful application for of online process simularion models are fouling monitoring applications in refineries, pipeline monitoring applications of E&P assets, or and online utilities optimisers.
Inprocess has significant expertise in connecting process simulation models with online data and can advise you where and how to apply this technology. |

| Dynamic Simulation Studies |
The use of dynamic process simulation has been established in recent years as a reliable and effective tool to analyse transient behaviour of process systems. Common examples for applications are:
- Dynamic Models to support safety analyses (e.g. flare load analyses)
- Design and Operation of pipelines and compressor systems
- Virtual Plant Models for Operator Training
- Dynamic Models to support the design of (Advanced) Process Control Systems
Inprocess applies commercially available process simulation software tools (e.g. Honeywell UniSim, AspenTech HYSYS Dynamics, etc.) to carry out complete simulation studies or to develop a dynamic model that can be used by our clients to carry out case studies.
